- 7:00amRegistration opens
- 7:30amSanctioned Black Belt weigh-ins begin. 5% allowance given.
- 8:00amReferee meeting
- 8:15amCoaches meeting, joining the referee meeting
- 9:00amEvent starts. Coloured belt and rec black belt poomsae to assigned rings. Sport Poomsae starts.
- ~10:30amHigh Performance sparring starts after recreation poomsae.

Double elimination for colour belt and recreation black belt poomsae. Sport Poomsae for black belt individuals, pairs, and teams is single elimination.
Sparring
Single elimination. Current WT rules and best-of-3 system for all divisions. Sanctioned black belts need K2 KPNP socks.
